Softball and baseball are alike, so I am with you there ;) I also love all of the tv shows you mentioned, but two of my top favorites from that list are The Waltons and The Big Valley. I love the historical eras both shows are set in and the characterization is excellent. I love watching shows with fleshed out, well rounded characters. I'm glad you enjoyed the post! Hopefully I will have a new story series up soon!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13969155366148976453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3263661364340745487.post-21517139868681298012016-02-24T18:13:15.756-08:002016-02-24T18:13:15.756-08:00Thanks for taking the time to read Emily! Thanks for taking the time to read Emily!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13969155366148976453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3263661364340745487.post-33018850855648944862016-02-24T18:12:30.846-08:002016-02-24T18:12:30.846-08:00Thanks for stopping buy Jesseca! Watching Jarrod, Nick, and Heath interact with each other makes for some hilarious moments as well as some brotherly bonding moments too :) I also love all the girls from the A Life of Faith series. I love Elsie and seeing what its like from her perspective in the Civil War era south. Millie has the pioneering spirit and really shows how her faith helped her through some difficult situations in the west. Then there is Violet, who is my favorite since I think I am most like her personality-wise. Plus she opened a mission and ran it herself, doing something that it was generally frowned upon women to do in the late 19th century.

Anyway, thanks again for reading and come by again!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13969155366148976453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3263661364340745487.post-68316998397154862342016-02-17T10:49:21.014-08:002016-02-17T10:49:21.014-08:00I loved reading your answers, Emily! Thanks for do...I loved reading your answers, Emily! Thanks for doing the tag. ;)

1. If you had to pick one sport to follow for a school assignment, which would you pick and why?
Sports aren't 'my thing', but I guess if I had to pick one I'd choose softball. It's the only sport I know anything about. ;)

2. Would you rather ride a horse or ride your bike?
I've ridden a horse once and loved it! I would pick a horse, but riding my bike is much more...possible?

3. Someone offers you an undisclosed amount of money for you to ride the ride you are most afraid of at the amusement park. Would you take the offer?
Probably not, but maybe. It would depend on the person and if they were riding with me. ;)

4. What is your favorite parable in the Bible and why?
The Prodigal son, because God will always welcome us home. <3

5. What is your favorite book series that you would read over and over again?
I could never answer this question!!! There's just too many! The Circle C Adventures/Milestones to name one.

6. What is your favorite/preferred kind of footwear and why?
Flip-flops!! Or Chacos. ;) Because I love having my feet free and open.

7. If you had to choose one kind of food to live off of for a year, what would you choose?
Another impossible question. B-) Probably pizza. Pepperoni and pineapple.

8. If you had to pick just one foreign country to visit for your whole entire life, where would you go and why would you go there?
Probably Germany because (duh!) World War II. :)

9. What is your favorite tv show?
I Love Lucy...or The Waltons...or Little House on the Prairie...or The Big Valley...or...

10. What is one foreign language you would like to become fluent in?
German or Spanish

11. You have been sent to jail for a crime you did not commit. Would you...
File an appeal. I can't see myself trying to escape. I ...Oh, I had so much fun reading all your answers! I would've picked John for the disciples in Christ question as well! I think he'd be so interesting to talk to.

1. If you had to pick one sport to follow for a school assignment, which would you pick and why?
Augh! I'm horrid at sports. Probably volleyball. :)

2. Would you rather ride a horse or ride your bike?
Horse!

3. Someone offers you an undisclosed amount of money for you to ride the ride you are most afraid of at the amusement park. Would you take the offer?
Probably. There isn't really anything at the amusement park that actually really scares me.

4. What is your favorite parable in the bible and why?
The parable about the grain of wheat. Because it the meaning behind it is just so profound.

5. What is your favorite book series that you would read over and over again?
The Millie Keith series! :) Either that or The Viking Quest.

6. What is your favorite/preferred kind of footwear and why?
Sandals. They're easy to slip on and of, but they normally have more support for my ankle then flip-flops. (I've twisted my ankles so many times over the years!)

7. If you had to choose one kind of food to live off of for a year, what would you choose?
Ummm, I don't know! Maybe eggs, because you can prepare them in a lot of different ways.

8. If you had to pick just one foreign country to visit for your whole entire life, where would you go and why would you go there?
Augh! I want to go to Germany soo bad! All the WWII history there would be so awesome. I could probably spend a loonnggg time there! But. . .my dad was an MK (missionary kid) from Brazil. So I'd love to go there!

9. What is your favorite tv show?
The Big Valley!! I love that show sooo much!

10. What is one foreign language you would like to become fluent in?
German or Brazilian Portuguese!

11. You have been sent to jail for a crime you did not commit. Would you...
...File an appeal?
...Try to escape?
...Hunker down, do what you are told, and try to make the best of it?
Honestly, I would try to escape. I probably wouldn't get very far and it wouldn't be a good idea. . .but knowing me, if I wasn't guilty, I'd probably try it. I loved watching Little House on the Prairie growing up and still like to watch it in my spare time.My dad makes a mean chicken alfredo himself, so I can see where you are coming from there ;) You are brave for taking the money to ride the scary ride though, I for one don't think I could handle it :p Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13969155366148976453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3263661364340745487.post-79765063880645763632016-02-12T19:16:40.749-08:002016-02-12T19:16:40.749-08:00Fun answers Emily! I enjoyed reading all of them.
...Fun answers Emily! I enjoyed reading all of them.
Now I'll have some fun and answer your questions!
1. I would follow soccer. I used to play on a rec team and my brother plays now on a travel team so I watch a lot of soccer.
2. Horse! Horses are way more fun and they do most of the work :P
3. Ahhhh this is tough...I think I'd take the money. I've been on some crazy roller coasters before...maybe if I close my eyes it will be okay...
4. Parable of the Prodigal Son. The deep meaning behind the parable makes it my favorite. The unconditional love of his father is so beautiful and such an amazing picture of our Heavenly Father.
5. The Charleston Years by Nancy Rue! It's book for young kids but when I was growing up I read it four times and I own the series now. Every once in a blue moon, when I'm bored, I pull out a book and read my favorite parts :D
6. Sneakers. I can do anything in my sneakers. :)
7. Chicken Alfredo! Probably not the best choice but it's sooooo good. At least when Momma G makes it for us!
8. I've always wanted to go to Germany. My great-grandparents come from there so I'd like to see where my ancestors came from.
9. Little House on the Prairie has always been my favorite. That show never gets old.
10. German! I've learned a little but I'd love to learn much more.
11. File an appeal! I'm not smart enough to figure out how to escape :P Laurenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05880607648901090875noreply@blogger.com
